These General Terms of use regulate the formal relationship between the users of the website markovs.bg and the owner of the website, which arise in connection with and during the period of viewing and using the content of the website, as well as with the use of the services that it provides. II. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS 

A. The user is responsible for all his actions resulting from the use of the site, including concluded contracts and payments. When using the online platform, users are obliged to avoid actions that violate the law.

The user may not extract, reproduce, change, delete, publish, distribute and publicize in any other way the information resources published on the markovs.bg website, as well as create his own database in electronic or other form from the information resources belonging to the databases data located on the website of, without the express permission of MEDICAL CENTER MARKOVS EOOD.

 

III. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

A. MEDICAL CENTER MARKOVS EOOD undertakes to take the necessary and due care and is responsible for protecting the information about the user, which became known to him on the occasion of registration - subject to these General Terms and Conditions, except in cases of force majeure, accidental event , malicious actions of third parties or by order of government bodies or officials who, according to current legislation, are competent to request and collect such information, within the scope of their activity and in compliance with legally established procedures;

 

B. In the registration form filled in by the user, MEDICAL CENTER MARKOVS EOOD indicates the mandatory or voluntary nature of providing the data and the consequences of refusing to provide them. By expressing agreement with these General Terms and Conditions, the user agrees that his information will be processed in the order provided for in them.

 

C. The restrictions under letter "A" do not apply in the event that the user or persons under his control have committed malicious acts within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions or have violated the rights or legitimate interests of third parties. In this case, MEDICAL CENTER MARKOVS EOOD has the right to provide the personal information about the user to the relevant competent state authorities, according to the current legislation.

 

D. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred for resolution before the relevant generically competent court in the city of Sofia in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code. A decision by a court of competent jurisdiction or a change in law that renders any term of these Terms of Use invalid, void or unenforceable will apply only to that term and will not render any other term invalid, void or unenforceable and all other terms will remain in full force and effect to the extent not materially affected by the amendment.

 

The provisions of the Bulgarian civil legislation apply to all unresolved issues.
