MammaHub® is a cozy, calm and safe space designed to ensure complete comfort for mother and baby.
The office is equipped with everything you need - a consultation area, a relaxation area, a space for practical exercises, etc.
Postpartum care with a midwife at MammaHub® includes:
- Support and advice for the mother's quick recovery after childbirth - physical and emotional well-being;
- Breastfeeding consultations – practical advice and demonstration of various techniques for proper latching, overcoming difficulties, working with a pump, silicone nipples, etc.;
- Effective perineal care and recovery after cesarean section;
- Assistance with signs of postpartum depression and emotional challenges.
Additionally, if necessary, we can offer you;
- Demonstration of baby massage and first care for the newborn;
- Preparing partners for the postpartum period;
- Liaison with other specialists – pediatricians, neonatologists, gynecologists, imaging diagnostics, dermatologist, nutritionist, endocrinologist, hematologist, urologist, gastroenterologist, psychologists, nutrition and sleep specialists.
Consultations can be arranged as one-off (initial) and follow-up visits. You can also order a postpartum care package that includes consultations with one or more specialists related to the mother and baby.
