The formation of a strong and stable psycho-emotional bond betweend the pregnant woman and the baby during prenatal life between is of utmost importance for its future social and emotional development. The construction of this connection begins somewhere at the beginning of pregnancy and gradually becomes more intense after the feeling of the first fetal movements - the light "quivering", "bubbling", "fluttering", etc.
Undoubtedly, pregnancy has a huge impact on a woman's mental health. A significant number of pregnant women experience a certain amount of fear and anxiety regarding the health and well-being of their unborn child. Regularly there is increased emotional tension, worry, anxiety, anticipation and excitement before every examination in the women's consultation.
Due to the rapid development of modern imaging methods in the recent years, the perceptions of the expectant parents regarding the baby during pregnancy have changed dramatically. Ultrasound examinations in the early gestational weeks provide the unique opportunity for clear visualization of the fetus and a first visual date with the "developing little organism" long before the sensation of the first fetal movements. This undoubtedly gives rise to strong and early emotions towards the unborn child and it very quickly begins to be perceived as a "little real person".
Experience demonstrates that the ultrasound examination at MC MARKOVS has a huge impact on the development of the psycho-emotional relationship between mother and baby. The specialized ultrasound examinations on fetal morphology enhance the feeling of connection between the mother and the fetus, as well as the sense of care and responsibility towards it. They help tremendously in creating a strong and positive emotional bond between mother and fetus, long before the child is born. It is interesting that the awareness of this connection improves the pregnant woman's self-care by optimizing the way of eating, mode of movement, work and rest, etc.
At MC MARKOVS, we will help you to see your baby for the first time. We will be there for you to follow its rapid development during the course of the pregnancy - step by step, week by week, month by month. Thanks to our unique and modern ultrasound equipment, we will help you to see the baby's face, heart, arms, legs, etc. more clearly. In this way, we will give you confidence that "everything is okay". So that you can calmly continue to build this psycho-emotional connection with the baby until your first celebrate the new life.
